3.1.9 Avbokningsregler<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Avbokningen ska ske skriftligt. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I tabellen visas, f\u00f6r respektive deltagarspann, hur m\u00e5nga dagar f\u00f6re konferensstart som avbokning av en procentuell andel (100, 75, 50, 25 och 5 procent) av det avtalade konferenspriset kan ske utan kostnad f\u00f6r Avropsber\u00e4ttigad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vid avbokning senare \u00e4n i tabellen angivet antal dagar har Ramavtalsleverant\u00f6ren r\u00e4tt att debitera hela det avtalade konferenspriset minus den procentsats som till\u00e5ts vid tidpunkten f\u00f6r avbokningen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vid avbokning inom spannet 61-150 deltagare, som inneb\u00e4r att antalet deltagare blir f\u00e4rre \u00e4n 61, har Ramavtalsleverant\u00f6ren r\u00e4tt att f\u00f6r kvarst\u00e5ende deltagare debitera priset f\u00f6r lokalkostnad baserat p\u00e5 61 deltagare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vid avbokning inom spannet 151 och fler som inneb\u00e4r att antalet deltagare blir f\u00e4rre \u00e4n 151, har Ramavtalsleverant\u00f6ren r\u00e4tt att f\u00f6r kvarst\u00e5ende deltagare debitera priset f\u00f6r lokalkostnad baserat p\u00e5 151 deltagare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
